1. Jeera (Cumin) Water

Boil 1 tsp cumin seeds in 1 glass water

Drink warm after meals

Helps reduce gas & improves digestion

2. Ajwain + Black Salt

Take ½ tsp ajwain with a pinch of black salt after food

Relieves bloating quickly

3. Ginger (Adrak)

Small slice of ginger with rock salt before meals

Stimulates digestive enzymes

4. Buttermilk (Takra)

Add roasted cumin powder + pinch of rock salt

Excellent for acidity & indigestion

5. Triphala at Night

½ tsp with warm water before sleep

Helps digestion and reduces constipation
